Old Pasadena is on the west end of Colorado Boulevard and Arroyo Parkway forms its eastern edge. Noted for its quaint alleyways and breathtaking architectural styles, this area has become a mecca of leisure opportunities.
Visitors are greeted with a dazzling selection of national chains and local boutique retail stores, art galleries, trendy boutiques and vintage clothing stores.
In addition to the many restaurants, ranging from upscale bistros to cozy outdoor cafés, the streets of Old Pasadena bustle with cinemas, clubs and live entertainment.
Colorado is located in Old Pasadena and is an open-air entertainment, dining, and shopping area, designed to look like a European town center.
In between Old Pasadena and The Playhouse District, a several minute walk from the Project, sits Paseo Colorado, an open air regional mall which houses a 14 screen Arclight movie theatre, a number of national restaurants including P.F. Chang’s and the Yard House, and fine specialty stores.
Across from Paseo Colorado and less than a mile from the site is the most expensive mix-use building in the tri-city area. The Montana, with condominium units selling from $2.5M to $5M, was developed by Charles “Charlie” Thomas Munger, Vice Chairman to Warren Buffett at Berkshire Hathaway.
